Rock Solid Fitness and Wellness Club Rules and Policies 

 

Membership Cancellation 

To cancel your membership, follow these steps:

  • Send a written cancellation request via email to info@getrocksolid.co. Include your full name, membership details, and reason for cancellation (optional but helpful).

  • Your 30-day cancellation period begins once we receive your email.

  • You will typically be charged one additional time due to the 30-day notice period.

  • Cancellations via phone, voicemail, text message, or any other method will not be accepted—email is required for processing.

Founder Rates / Legacy Pricing

Our special Founder Rates (also known as legacy or founding member pricing) were offered during our initial launch period to early supporters.

​

  • The Founder period has now ended, and all new memberships are at our current standard rates.

  • If a former Founder member cancels their membership and later wishes to rejoin, they will be subject to the prevailing rates at the time of re-enrollment (no grandfathering of Founder/legacy discounts).

This helps us maintain fair and sustainable pricing as our community grows. Thank you to our founding members for your early support—we truly appreciate it!

Family Discount

We’re excited to make Rock Solid accessible for entire households! We offer two main ways for families to save:

​

  • Bundled Family Plans (recommended for maximum value): Choose our Premium Family Plan ($699/month) or Essential Family Plan ($549/month), which already include heavily discounted pricing for up to 4 family members (2 adults + 2 dependents under one roof). These plans provide comprehensive access (unlimited fitness/recovery, PT sessions, etc.) at a significant savings compared to individual memberships. Additional family members can be added for an extra fee. Note: The additional 15% discount described below does not apply to these bundled family plans, as they are already optimized for family savings.

  • 15% Household Discount on Individual Memberships: For families who prefer individual memberships instead of a bundled plan:

  • A 15% discount applies to up to 4 people living under one roof (same household/address).

  • Structure: The highest-tier (or full-rate) membership pays the regular rate. The next 3 qualifying members (on lower-tier individual memberships) each receive 15% off their respective fees.

  • For children/dependents: The discount applies only if they are under age 23 at the time of enrollment/renewal.

  • Verification may be required (e.g., proof of address or family relationship).

  • The 15% off does not apply to any "new member" special we may be running, as these specials are already discounted and are also short term, if the family member converts to a full membership the discount rules above will then apply

We love seeing families get stronger together! Contact us to determine the best option for your household—bundled plans often provide the biggest overall savings.

 

Class and Appointment Cancellation Policies

We kindly ask that you cancel any missed classes or appointments through the app (preferred) or by calling our front desk. This helps us accommodate others on waitlists and maintain smooth operations.

 

For Fitness Classes (Pilates, Strength Training, Mobility, Circuits, etc.):

  • Cancel 8 hours or more before class start time: No charge (recorded as an early cancel).

  • Cancel less than 8 hours before class: $15.00 late cancellation fee.

  • No-show (failure to attend or cancel): $29.00 no-show fee.

For Recovery Center Appointments (Sauna, Cold Plunge, etc.):

  • Cancel 4 hours or more before appointment time: No charge (recorded as an early cancel).

  • Cancel less than 4 hours before appointment: $15.00 late cancellation fee.

  • No-show: $25.00 no-show fee.

For Physical Therapy and Personal Training appointments:

  • Cancel 24 hours or more before appointment time: No charge (recorded as an early cancel).

  • Cancel less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% of the appointment cost as a late cancellation fee.

  • No-show: 100% (full cost) of the appointment as a no-show fee.

These fees help cover reserved time and support our instructors/therapists. Thank you for understanding and helping keep our schedule efficient!
