Open Gym Membership Policy
Our boutique gym offers Open Gym as a privilege to approved members. It is designed to complement our scheduled classes and training sessions while maintaining a safe, respectful, and well-organized training environment.
Eligibility & Acceptance
All prospective Open Gym members must complete a mandatory interview and facility tour prior to acceptance.
Acceptance into the Open Gym program is at the sole discretion of management. Only those who demonstrate alignment with our policies, procedures, and gym culture will be approved.
Scheduling Requirements
Approved Open Gym members must book their sessions in advance through our Jane scheduling app.
Open Gym is available only during designated time slots.
Capacity is strictly limited to ensure safety and to avoid interference with scheduled classes and personal/group training sessions.
Session Guidelines
Each Open Gym session is 60 minutes long.
Your booked time slot determines your session window.
Late arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival. If you arrive 30 minutes late, you will only have 30 minutes remaining for your workout.
Facility Rules & Etiquette
You are responsible for wiping down and properly returning all equipment to its designated place.
Leave the training space clean and ready for the next user or class.
Respect the space, equipment, and other members at all times.
Full rules and expectations will be reviewed during your pre-acceptance interview and tour. All members are expected to follow them consistently.
Membership Revocation
Management reserves the full right to revoke Open Gym privileges at any time for failure to follow rules, policies, repeated late arrivals, uncleanliness, or behavior that disrupts the gym environment or interferes with staff or other members.
Open Gym Rules
Welcome to Open Gym at our boutique fitness studio. Open Gym is a privilege available during designated times. To maintain a safe, respectful, and organized environment for everyone, all members must follow these rules:
Scheduling is Required
You must book your 60-minute Open Gym session in advance through our Jane scheduling app. Walk-ins are not permitted.
Capacity Limits
Only a limited number of members are allowed per session to ensure safety and avoid conflicts with scheduled classes and training sessions.
Be On Time
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your workout time will be shortened accordingly. Late arrivals do not extend the session end time.
Clean Up After Yourself
You are responsible for wiping down all equipment you use and returning it to its proper place. Leave the training space clean and ready for the next member or class. Failure to clean up may result in loss of Open Gym privileges.
Sprint Lane Safety
A designated Sprint Lane is located between the last cable machine and the cardio section. Before entering or crossing this zone, you must always stop and check that nobody is running or sprinting. This area is reserved for high-intensity sprint work — always yield to anyone using the Sprint Lane.
Respect the Space & Others
Be mindful of other members, staff, and ongoing classes. Keep noise levels appropriate and avoid disrupting scheduled sessions.
Follow Facility Policies
All general gym rules and policies apply during Open Gym. These will be reviewed during your required pre-acceptance interview and tour.
Important:
Management reserves the right to revoke Open Gym privileges at any time for repeated violations, uncleanliness, late arrivals, unsafe behavior, or actions that negatively impact the gym environment.

Whether you’re following your own program, can’t make class times, or simply prefer solo workouts, our Open Gym option gives you access to everything you need to move, lift, and recover at your own pace.
Open Gym Hours
Available during dedicated hours throughout the day. Members can reserve a one-hour Open Gym slot to train on their own time using our fully equipped space.
